Dear Nkolika, Yesterdays experience still went a lot through my body and mind today (ofcourse body and mind are one...), and inspired at least a few moments to play a little free on my cello. it was possible to play some of the overwhelming sensual feelings of the moment and balance them with the frequencies of my wonderful instrument. this is only the beginning i feel... thank you for opening me up like this
Exactly 24 hours ago, I had an appointment with Peace for a holistic massage. I am in a transition period in my life and this has not only created a distorsion between my body and my mind, but also seriously disrupted my energy flow.
